We provide practical advice on tax planning and trusts to suit individual circumstances. We have easy access meeting rooms to suit older clients or those with mobility problems.
We offer

- Out of hours service if this suits clients needs best.
- Will clinics at times to suit clients who may find it hard to get to the office during normal hours.

- Seminars to interested groups including talk to local group of the WI.

Our people
Malcolm Purdue and Ben Holden in the department are both STEP members and experienced in dealing with both wills and probate matters. Ben Holden is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and deals with Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work. Andrea Cox has spent many years dealing with wills and probate and has experience of dealing with contentious probate matters as well including taking disputes to mediation.
