Tim is a Director of the Company and specialises in marine and admiralty law.
After working for brief periods as a boat builder, yacht chandler and professional sailor, he went on to study Admiralty Law at the University of Wales in Cardiff where he obtained his law degree.
Tim specialises in all aspects of the law relating to pleasure vessels. He prides himself on his approach that offers a unique combination of practical experience and detailed knowledge of the subject. He has developed an international practice and is recognised as one of the foremost experts in this field. He has been successfully involved in many of the leading cases on the subject, representing owners, insurers and high profile marine organisations. He is a member of the Royal Yachting Association and the British Marine Federation
