Malcolm is a Director and Head of the Commercial Property Department. He is instructed and advises on all aspects of Commercial Property Practice, this being his primary focus. He acts for a significant number of clients in relation to the acquisition of land for future development both residential and industrial. He is also instructed by the major banks to prepare reports on title in relation to development land and company acquisitions.

Leases
Options to purchase
Acquisitions
Disposals and estate development.
In addition to the above Malcolm also has considerable experience in dealing with Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning. He is a member of the Society and Estates Practitioners.
Malcolm passed his Law Society Final examinations in 1975 with distinction in Conveyancing, Accounts, Revenue Law, Commercial Law and Company Law and Partnership. He was awarded First Class Honours together with the Serjeants Inn Prize.
