David is an Insolvency and Business Recovery Consultant dealing with contentious insolvency matters. He specialises in all areas of corporate and individual insolvency, acting for the major insolvency practitioners in the south and elsewhere.
He also acts for Chartered Surveyors in relation to LPA receiverships.
David is a Deputy District Judge and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, the Insolvency Lawyers Association and the Non-Administrative Receivers Association.
