Lawrence is a Commercial Solicitor, dealing with general commercial work for companies, partnerships and sole traders but with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations, start-ups, contracts and terms and conditions.
Lawrence graduated with a 2.1 in Law from Southampton University in 2001. After working in various jobs and travelling around the World he went on to undertake his training contract at another local firm whilst studying for the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford, where he gained a Distinction.
He joined Verisona in March 2010 on his return from another trip around the World.
In his spare time Lawrence enjoys tennis, running, surfing and snowboarding as well as the odd evening in front of the telly.
