Hayley graduated from Southampton University in 2007 with a 2:1 honours in Law. She studied the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Guildford and passed with a distinction in 2008.
Hayley joined the company in 2008 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. During her training contract she gained experience in a variety of areas, including personal injury, civil litigation, residential conveyancing and private client work.
Areas of work currently include:
- Wills and probate
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Declarations of trust
- Personal Injury
- Civil litigation including initial guidance regarding contentious wills and probate matters
Hayley is a student member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and is currently working through the qualifications which will enable her to become a Specialist in this area.
