Michael is a Director of the Company. He specialises in all areas of commercial law with an emphasis on SMEs including acquisitions, mergers and start-ups.
Michael has particular expertise in software contracts including commission agreements, support and maintenance. He also has experience in media and entertainment law representing both sports and entertainment celebrities.
He is a trustee of two charities; The Peter Osgood Trust and the Hampshire Professional Golfers’ Benevolent Association.
