Charles graduated from Kingston University with an LLB Hons. He went on to study his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. In early 2012 he passed his Higher Rights of Audience qualification. Charles is one of only 1100 Solicitor-Advocates in the UK. His qualification means he can represent his clients in the High Courts of Justice.
He joined the Personal Injury Team in 2009 and has a broad knowledge in representing victims of childhood sexual abuse, personal injury and litigation work.
Charles is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers (ACAL). He has completed the requisite training to attend the Spinal Injury Association seminars which enables him to represent those who have suffered spinal injuries.
He has travelled worldwide with the historic abuse case investigations and has assisted Counsel in the Queen’s Bench Division of the Royal Courts of Justice.
