Nigel is a Director and is responsible for the Personal Injury Team. He has over 30 years experience within his field. He originally worked in the West End of London and later returned to his ‘roots’ in Hampshire. He deals with personal injury claims and medical negligence. He has successfully pursued claims for:
- Road traffic accidents
- Accidents in the work place
- Accident and Emergency claims
- Defective medical product/medicine claims
- Pregnancy, birth and gynaecology injury claims
- Laser eye treatment claims
- Cosmetic surgery claims
- Asbestosis claims
- Dog bite/attacks
He has secured substantial settlements on numerous complex cases on behalf of severely disabled people. He recently finalised a settlement of £2.6 million for a claimant who sustained serious spinal injuries from a fall in the work place.
Nigel is extremely client focused from the outset. His aim is to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients and their rehabilitation.
As well as specialising in personal injury knowledge has significant civil litigation experience which includes contested Probate cases.
Nigel has been a Member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel for over 20 years.
