Verisona is delighted to announce that it has achieved accreditation under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (‘CQS’), the quality mark for residential property lawyers. Launched earlier this year, the scheme recognises high quality service providers in Conveyancing and gives consumers further reassurance in the buying process through access to providers who are recognised for their consistent, high quality standards.
In achieving this accreditation, Verisona was strictly assessed against a number of criteria to ensure compliance with the CQS’ code of practice. This included training, audits and annual reviews and, self-reporting to ensure:
- the integrity of the Senior Responsible Officer and other key Conveyancing staff.
- the firm's adherence to good practice management standards.
- adherence to prudent and efficient Conveyancing procedures through the scheme protocol.
Ian Peach, Director at Verisona, commented: “Our CQS accreditation sets us apart from many other firms within the region who have yet to achieve the status we have. Our core aim with this accreditation is to provide our clients with further reassurance in knowing that Verisona is backed by a significant industry quality mark, which recognises our commitment to providing an affordable yet quality service to our clients when they are conducting property transactions”.
He added: “The conveyancing market is heavily crowded and for some time now, consumers could easily be confused in their attempts to identify a reputable and safe legal partner to work alongside them with their planned move. Our client satisfaction results are already excellent and in having working practices, which arenow CQS accredited it will help offer further peace of mind to potential clients in the selection process when considering us for their conveyancing needs”.
