Verisona completes the acquisition and merger of two of the most successful flower importers in the UK.

Genesis Flowers and Sales & Imports, formerly known as SGP, reached an agreement to merge on 8th November. The new operation, which will trade as Optimus Flowers, will be based in Titchfield, Hampshire. 

Keith Baker, who bought the Imports division of SGP from the Kirin Group in 2009 and is now Managing Director of Optimus, is delighted to see the companies come together as they have the same values - an above average service to customers and loyalty to suppliers.
