This work is about the structure of businesses. It may be that you are setting up a business, or buying or selling a business. You may be considering a partnership, a joint venture; a management buyout and so on. Each of these examples has one thing in common. Ultimately the decisions people make are driven by the commercial needs of the people involved. Therefore we want to understand those needs. By understanding the deal we can make the business 'transition' as quick and effective as possible.

We add value to business. If we cannot do that we are not doing our job. People know we can deal with the legal requirements. That is a given.
