‘No win no fee’ is a phrase we often hear together with the word ‘compensation’ but many do not believe, particularly in a world where everything has a price, how this can be true.
What does it mean?
In essence, a ‘no win no fee’ agreement (otherwise known as a conditional fee agreement) is available to anyone who believes they have grounds to make a claim for compensation as a result of:
- an accident at work
- a road traffic accident
- a mistake during medical treatment
- an accident in the street, a shop, or some other public place
What should I do if I believe I have a claim for compensation?
If you believe you may have a claim for compensation it is essential you receive guidance from a Solicitor who specialises in this area of law to ascertain whether or not your claim has merits.
We are more than happy to provide a free 20 minute consultation either by telephone or in person to establish whether or not you have sufficient grounds to make a claim.
If we believe your case has merits, and you do not have an insurance policy in place to cover any claim, we can arrange for you to enter into a ‘no win no fee’ agreement.
Under the agreement if we do not win your case you will not have to pay our fees.
Alan Collins (023 9244 6916) and Nigel Cole (023 9224 6717) have over 20 years of experience in pursuing claims for compensation successfully and would be more than happy to talk to you about your claim.
